我們生活在一個千變萬化的世界裡，隨著科技、醫藥、藝術等飛速發展，我們的生活環境比起從前大不相同了。根據統計，世界上每三秒鐘就有一個新的網站架設，每卅秒鐘就有一個新的產品推出。2006年亞瑪遜網路書店的書目裡，有五萬六千一百七十本書的書名包含有「改變」這個字，難怪有人說世界上唯一不變的定律就是變。

 

但是若我們仔細思想，真的每件事都在改變嗎？其實也不盡然，比方說我們還是照樣要吃飯、上學、工作，還是一樣要結婚、成家、生養兒女。換句話說，生活的本質並沒有改變，改變的只是生活的方式，與做事的方法而已。時尚與潮流會改變，但人生活的需要卻是不變的，人對生命意義的追尋也是不變的。當你從這個角度來看世界時，會驚訝地發現，其實大多數的事都是不改變的。

 

所以當你面對眼花撩亂的世界時，你需要明白什麼是生命中的變與不變。對於生命中不變的事，你需要積極去尋求並持守，這樣就不致於在潮流中迷失自己。就好像一個有前瞻性的公司，雖然它的產品日新月異，但是核心價值卻不會改變，才能確保它品牌的獨特性。

 

對於生命中的變，你卻要積極去創新與開發，千萬不要固步自封，反而使你落入失敗的挫折中。唯有不斷地更新與改變，才能使你在充滿變化的世界中經歷突破而進入成功。

Typo correction: the scripture quote should be Genesis 6:3, which says:

Then the LORD said, "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years."

I remembered it as the book 1 of the Holy Bible, chapter 6, verse 3, or 163. Ironically, we do not yi-loo-shung (live continually). But I momentarily got confused with 168. My mind is changing, it is thinking of prosperity more than life!? Who can save me from this fault? Jesus the Christ!

Why resolve to know so much if the much cannot help me?

I resolve to only glory in God because I know that He helps me when I call upon Him. I cry to Him in my troubles, and He delivers me. He bless me where He has caused His Name to be honored. That is why I love to hang out and pray in church, God's House of Prayers for all nations.

I do not care about what is changing or what is not. God has decreed 120 years or so for man to live, see Genesis 6:8. So let the unchanging God give me unchanging focus on Him and His promises, which are more than iron clad guarantees. Let my faith in Him be more pure than silver refined in the furnace 7 times. Let my Trust in Him truly worth its inscription on the American money, "In God We Trust." Amen

It is written in the Holy Bible that God fills heaven and earth. So His fullness is not changing, otherwise the word "fills" cannot be used. It is also written that God the Father is the truth, Jesus The Son is the truth, and the Holy Spirit of God is truth. Good news: the truth is very much available and knowable through the Holy Bible.

By the way, philosophy means love of wisdom. How can we attain wisdom if we don't love God, the source of wisdom? Therefore, let us NOT get the gift and forget about the giver; let's NOT get the promise and forget about the promiser; let's NOT get the body and forget about life; let's NOT get faith and forget about the author and perfector of our faith, even Jesus Christ the Lord of All.

Do you believe there is so called truth? is it changing?

Do you know your observation and thinkg is based on what you see and your intuition? Is it chnaging?

Someone feels everything is an image related to where your position is.

I believe philosophy can help you to think and get your answer. Yes, philosophy of life, logic, psychology, Taoism, scholastic philosophy,...
