young dudes are desperate to gain more expernce from old, we should call it "expericed", folks to guide them. Probably, old ants can't create any new ideas. However, it still guarantee to come out some productive thinkings. Like the old ant, maybe he just wnat to shit in his own way, however, young dudes still can learn how to shit safely from the way old ant does.
Uncertain and weak confidence are showed from young ants' eyes. Old dude shows what he believes in...Even old ant just want to shit....he feels comfortable to do that....Make me think.....why do those young ants not just be confident in seeing how Old Ant shits?

Why did you choose this way ( 隨地大小便 ) to express the predicament an senior engineer is in? Is this way graceful?

Certainly the road is narrower for older engineers. When I was young and was granted a title of senior engineer I enjoyed that title. Now I wouldn’t even want to put a senior word in front of my engineer title since that reminds me of senior citizens.
On the other hand, the positions of CEOs, directors are even less stable. The duration of them keeping their titles compared to that of an engineer keeping his job can be 1 to 5. So if you are seeking stability and if you are able to use your brain to solve technical issues, you can follow the technical ladder and stay as an engineer. Technical skill is portable, as long as you hold on to the skills.
I haven’t worked in the Far East for a long time. I heard that an older person has even less opportunity staying as an engineer in the Far East. So we older ants should count our blessings as long as we can contribute to the success of a company using our technical skills.

Is it true that some of the senior engineers can't tolerate the situation, they decided to create their own career (venture capital or entrepreneur .........)

Ha! This cartoon is very interesting and creative but made me feel sad too. I'm one of th old ants. I'm expensive from salary point of view, but yes my eyes and brain are not as good as they were young. The road in from of me seems getting narrower every year. Mid-age crisis is very real. Any suggestions?
