這是一道俄國美食.This is a Russian gourmet food. 鯡魚產在大洋.Herring is from the ocean.紅紅的甜菜確使shuba有冰天雪地中的暖意.Red beets sure make Shuba looks warm in the freezing winter.貴賓佳餚:冬裝Visitor’s delicacy:Winter coat, or Shuba 鯡魚一罐, 去骨並切碎A jar of herring in wine sauce, deboned and chopped洋蔥1/2個, 切細碎1/2 onion, finely chopped馬鈴薯一個, 搗爛1 potato, mashed紅蘿蔔一根, 煮或不煮, 切細碎1 carrot, cooked or uncooked, finely chopped甜菜一罐, 片的或丁的, 切細碎1 can of beets, sliced or diced, finely chopped雞蛋1/2個, 煮熟並搗爛1/2 egg, cooked and smashed細蔥幾根, 切碎Couple of chives, chopped美乃滋Mayonnaise做法Method碎鯡魚置盤中Set chopped herring on the plate順序加放碎洋蔥, 馬鈴薯泥, 碎紅蘿蔔, 碎甜菜, 碎蛋泥和碎蔥花Add chopped onion, mashed potato, chopped carrot ,chopped beets, smashed egg and chopped chives orderly每層或隔層放美乃滋.Mayonnaise between layers or every other layer.
