Without getting into the "bonus" issue, I would only like to add; the government should have NEVER used tax payers' money to bail out those companies. Bush started it, and he betrayed every conservative value. Now Obama made it a even bigger and messier hole, Obama is nothing but a rookie who lies with a straight face.
Obama told Chrysler to sell its stock to Fiat(an Italian auto maker) then the feds will keep pumping in the money. So, not only we are bailing out domestic failures we are about to give money to companies abroad?
