V-O-Cal volunteers

Miwok Trail – Mount Tamalpais State ParkOctober 2-4, 2009

For the third year, V-O-Cal volunteers will work in the Muir Woods/Mount Tamalpais area. We will work on a stretch of the Miwok Trail that has not had significant maintenance efforts in almost 20 years. There is lots of work to do, and we are looking for 200 volunteers to help out for the weekend. We will be camping at Santos Meadow, a short walk from the work site. The area offers plenty of multi-use trails for exploration, along with some outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean from the ridge.
